Does TLTS charge up front for pre-orders?

Yes, all pre-orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed. This secures your pre-order item. We only pre-sell the quantities we will receive; therefore, if you pre-order a product, you will receive it as soon as it's in-stock. We do not oversell. Manufacturer cancellations are beyond our control.

When will my order ship?

We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround! We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours; however, sometimes this may range up to 72 hours especially during the holidays. We are a very small, family-owned business with a large output.

Does TLTS hold orders?

Yes. If you place an order with both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order will not ship until all items in the order are in-stock. We encourage customers to place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items.

How do I cancel an order?

If your order is still awaiting fulfillment, you can contact us directly at orders@thelasttoystore.com to request a cancellation. Please include the Order Number, which item(s) you wish to cancel, and the reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel an order that is packing or in transit, you may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit. 

Does TLTS ship Internationally?

We do ship Internationally! At this time we ship to 22 regions outside of the Continental United States.

Does TLTS buy toy collections?

How much is shipping?

Orders under $100 pay calculated shipping. Most orders over $100 will ship free! Exclusions apply. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Does TLTS accept returns and how do I return an item I purchased?

We do accept returns under our company policy and guidelines. 

You can submit a return request by logging into your account, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the return items link. Note that customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.

Next, you will need to specify the quantity to return, return reason, and requested return action. You also have the option to leave a comment.

How does TLTS package shipments?

We package our shipments with the upmost care. We are collectors ourselves and understand how important the preservation is of collectibles. We use corrugated boxes with 200lb edge crush test, bubble wrap and Kraft paper void fill. We pack items as we would hope to receive them. We ensure to place a FRAGILE notice on all shipments. However, we understand that delivery services do not always take heed to the measures we put in place. If you have any issues, please contact us directly at orders@thelasttoystore.com

Vinyl Records are bubble wrapped and shipped using a Record Mailer.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification from us when your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account, and visiting your "My Account" page under "Order Status" for that Order Number to check the status of your order(s) at any time. 

If you are not logged into your account when checking out, your order will not be attached to your account. Checking out as a guest (not logged in) will prevent new orders from showing up under the "My Account" page. Please ensure you are logged in when checking out.

Does TLTS offer a Rewards Program?

We do! We offer TLTS Reward Points! You earn points for every dollar you spend. You can also earn points for following us on social media, sharing our store on social media, and even simply for creating an account. 

Click the box that is labeled TLTS Reward Points on the bottom right corner of any device, sign-up and start earning!

Please note that only one coupon per order is supported. You cannot use more than one coupon per order.

Exclusions do apply to Reward Points redemption. Since we do not have an expiry date on any Reward Points accrued, items in The Big Stuff are excluded from Reward Points. Other items that are Stash items may also be excluded from Reward Point redemption.
