Shipping and Delivery

At this time, The Last Toy Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The Last Toy Store does not ship to international locations at this time. We are working to align everything necessary to do so and appreciate your patience while we get everything in order. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

The Last Toy Store reserves the right to limit quantities ordered on all products.

Shipping Fees

The Last Toy Store bases shipping fees on the products dimensions, weight, or dimensional weight.

Pre-Order Shipping Fees

Pre-order shipping fees are estimates and may not be the actual amount you will be charged when the pre-order item ships. Exact product dimensions and weight are not always known or disclosed by the manufacturer at the time that The Last Toy Store lists an item for pre-order. When you pre-order multiple items the price per pound for each shipment is what is displayed. The Last Toy Store cannot guarantee which items will be shipped/arrive together, thus an entirely accurate shipping estimate cannot be provided.

In some cases the shipping fee for a pre-order item may be substantially larger than the estimate or flat rate cost. If this is the case once the item has arrived, The Last Toy Store will invoice the customer via PayPal for the remaining balance.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of order placement.

If an item is pre-ordered with an in-stock item, The Last Toy Store will hold the order until all items are available to ship. The Last Toy Store suggests that you place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

In rare occasions, manufacturers may increase the price of a product; therefore, a product listed for pre-order may not reflect the accurate or final price on an item(s). In this instance, The Last Toy Store will reach out to you, the customer, directly to inform you of this change and offer you the chance to cancel your order with no re-stocking fee or invoice you for the remaining amount.

The Last Toy Store must adhere to specific manufacturer/brand "MAP" (Minimum Advertised Price) policies and is unable to honor a price different from the manufacturer MAP.

Return Policy

The Last Toy Store realizes how difficult it is to order merchandise online and as hard as we try, things may not always arrive as expected. If an item is damaged during shipping The Last Toy Store will accept returns of these items within 30 days of receipt. However, minor packaging defects do not warrant a return.

Minor packing defects include:

  • Minor dings, dents, scratches, or in some cases a bend of a hanging tag.
  • Minor cosmetic and paint issues.

You can submit a return request by logging into your account, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the return items link. Note that customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.

Next, you will need to specify the quantity to return, return reason, and requested return action. You also have the option to leave a comment.

Any buyer submitting a return request for a damaged item MUST provide photos of the damaged item in order for the return to be reviewed and authorized. Send all return requests and photos to

Damaged or defective items can be returned for a replacement item. If the item is no longer available, The Last Toy Store will issue a refund.

Opened items are not eligible for return.

Unopened Items

Unopened factory sealed items can be returned within 30 days unless specifically stated on the product details page. However, the packaging must be in the same condition as when buyer initially received the item. No opened items are eligible for returns. Item MUST be in the same factory sealed condition as when The Last Toy Store delivered it to the shipping carrier.

Clothing and Apparel

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, clothing and masks may not be returned at this time.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs of authorized returns due to error, damage or significant defect will be covered by The Last Toy Store as long as the buyer uses The Last Toy Store's return option. Prepaid labels will be provided by The Last Toy Store to the buyer.

Any self-return shipping option is the responsibility of the buyer and The Last Toy Store will not reimburse the buyer for these options. The Last Toy Store is not held liable or responsible for any lost or damaged packages when the buyer uses a self-return shipping option.

If an item is being returned for any reason other than a damaged or defective item, The Last Toy Store will not pay for the return shipping costs. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and reimbursements are not permitted. The Last Toy Store is not held liable or responsible for any lost or damaged packages being returned.

Packaging Your Return

When packaging your item for a return, please choose and use an appropriately sized box for the item. Please use bubble wrap or another void fill to protect the item. Any items that are damaged during transit or that are received in less than original condition as a result of poor packaging will result in a lessened refund.


Once the product has been received by The Last Toy Store, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit may also be offered and issued to the buyer if previously agreed upon between The Last Toy Store and buyer.

Store credit is available immediately.

Credit cards can take typically 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the institution. This timeframe does not include courier transport and time taken to process your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping courier to deliver your item and for The Last Toy Store to process your return. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.

Refund requests for unfulfilled orders are eligible for refund for up to six months. After the six month period, refunds may be issued via store credit to the customer account.

Restocking Fees

The Last Toy Store reserves the right to apply a restocking fee in certain situations:

  • Return is received outside of the 30-day return window as stated in these policies.
  • Return shipment contained opened, damaged, or missing items.

Please note, coupon code stacking is not supported. You can only use one coupon code per order. During large storewide sales, when items are deeply discounted at 25% or more, the free shipping promotion will be disabled. Upon the conclusion of the sale, the free shipping promotion will be re-enabled.  


When most sales are active, the following exclusions apply:

  • Coupon stacking or additional discounts are not permitted during sales. Should an order have a coupon code stacked, The Last Toy Store reserves the right to cancel/refund your order in full.
  • Storewide Sales do not apply to products already on sale.
