This is a Billy Baloney ventriloquist doll in its original box from Matchbox Toys circa 1988. The box is not sealed; however, Billy is affixed inside the box. The bottom part of the window has detached from the box due to age and the adhesive wearing down over time. Original instructions are in the box as well. Great shape considering it's more than 35 years old.
