These figures are great and we're shipped with the utmost care from any online retailer. The only drawback to these figures is the eye mechanism for the Mogwais, namely moreso on Gizmo. It leaves his eyes wonky at times and the eye sockets are way too shallow which makes the eyes set too far in his head. Almost NECA, so close
